eco newsletters:<\/strong> News from politics and the Internet industry<\/strong> <\/h3>\n\n\n\n

The German-language eco weekly<\/a> newsletter provides information on news, trends and services from the eco Association, guidelines and surveys on driving topics in the Internet industry, as well as information on top industry events. eco members have the option of the Newsletter+ extension, which allows them to receive current membership benefits directly in their email inbox.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In addition, the German-language newsletter eco politik digital<\/a> provides all interested parties with political news from the capital every week that the German Bundestag is in session. The English-language newsletter eco european<\/a> provides information on current trends in Brussels by email, free of charge.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In 2024, we also sent out a quarterly German-language newsletter on the eco #LiT – Ladies in Tech<\/a> initiative. Whether news or press releases on statistics or opinion polls, inspiring interviews with female role models of the tech world or announcements about networking and tech events \u2013 the #LiT newsletter was dedicated exclusively to the topic of women in tech and ended with the expiry of the initiative at the end of the year.\u00a0<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

eco Podcast: An Ear to the Internet<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Every fortnight, a new episode of eco\u2019s German-language podcast \u201cDas Ohr am Netz<\/a>\u201d (\u201cAn Ear to the Internet\u201d) is released, in which we talk to guests from politics, science and business about digital topics and the IT industry. Sidonie Krug, Member of the Managing Board and Head of Association Communications, and TV and radio presenter Sven Oswald welcome listeners. An in-house PR editorial team prepares the programmes. Thematically, the respective episodes cover all facets of the Internet industry. These include the potential of digital business models and the use of future technologies such as artificial intelligence and quantum computing. Digital policy processes and challenges are also an important component of the format.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Krug and Oswald interview leading figures in the industry, share insights and present different viewpoints and opinions on current debates. The episodes are flanked by a brief news overview and an assessment of various voices from the association. All episodes (in German) can be listened to on the eco website<\/a>, Spotify<\/a>, Itunes<\/a>, Deezer<\/a> or Overcast<\/a>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Social media: Up-to-date and compact <\/h3>\n\n\n\n

The Flickr <\/strong><\/a>account of the eco Association contains almost 65,000 photos that have been accessed more than nine million times. On L<\/a>inkedIn<\/a>, Bluesky<\/a>, X<\/a> and Facebook<\/a>, eco provides varied and compact information. Joining the dots in the Internet industry<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Published for the first time in 2017, dotmagazine<\/a> covers the entire spectrum of the Internet industry: with monthly focus topics, the online magazine documents the experience and expertise of the association, its members and partners. The content ranges from infrastructure to the countless applications and business cases that make the Internet possible in the first place. The dotmagazine newsletter is published monthly in English and is aimed at interested parties from all over the world. You can find out more in the eco International<\/a> section.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

YouTube: Diversity in moving images<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

eco\u2019s\u00a0YouTube channel<\/a> also reflects the diversity of the association\u2019s activities: these include event documentaries, recordings of hybrid events such as the Net Policy Forum and the AllianceTalks, expert interviews or expert briefings.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n
